Our Not So Classic Diner

Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner

‘George & Kin’s’, is deeply personal to me and my family and bridges my Japanese heritage with my East Coast upbringing. It tells the story of my great aunt and uncle, George and Kinuko, who brought my mom in as a young child and raised her on their farm in Pocatello, Idaho. They were the closest thing to grandparents that my sisters and I ever had.

“Rise and Shine, It’s a Beautiful Day”

— Auntie Kin

I would like to thank my wife Ali, and my parents for their support of this new endeavor.
Charles, Chef Itamar, and Chef Nate for their wisdom and guidance through the creative process.
And, lastly, my cousins Kathy and Richard for allowing us to tell the story of their amazing parents, my aunt Kin and uncle George.
We will have more to share on what George & Kin’s will be over the next little while. We appreciate your support and can’t wait to open up our Dining room to you real soon.
 Love,
Benny
